This morning the AAPD responded to N University and Church after being requested by the U of M Police Dept. to assist with traffic control around campus. The AAPD was not involved with the clearing of protesters on the U of M campus and made no arrests connected to the protest.

Seat Belts Save Lives. The AAPD is joining other law enforcement agencies across the state by participating in the “Click It or Ticket” seat belt enforcement campaign. From May 20th to June 2nd, our officers will be conducting extra enforcement across the city.

AEDs are a crucial life-saving tool. This was an incident where one of our officers used an AED to save a man's life. The patient has since made a full recovery and has been released from the hospital. www.youtube.com/watc…
