WEBMay 11, 2008 · Well, after a bit of hacking, it seems the weather docklet uses a custom StarDockWeather OCX to access the weather from SDCENTRAL.NET, as opposed to accuweather directly. I guess this is to minimize the traffic to accuweather.

Not very encouraging, especially since I looked back through your forums and see this has been an ongoing subject for a decade or more.
