After a lot of reinstalling drivers of all types, I reinstalled the NVidia drivers from Dell's support website (with the "clean installation" option) and display out is now working over the USB C/Thunderbolt 4 port.

WebNov 3, 2021 · Used chat support twice and got different recommendations. One Dell, one not. Dell was WD19TBS. On website under compatibility WD19TBS doesn't list m15 R3. And it has a power through TB3 port to charge laptops. Specifications on laptop says laptop cannot be charged through the TB3 port.

WebDec 13, 2021 · Bottom line is: Alienware m15 R6 does not output video coming from WP19TB dock. ANY tips and suggestions are highly appreciated. I had one DP Display Cable that did not work. If the first DP port does not work, all following ports will not work.
