    Being an original member of the Open Handset Alliance (OHA), HTCcollaborated with Google on its Linux-based operating system for mobile phones, to deliver the first commercially available Android-powered smartphone in the HTCDream – also known by many as the T-Mobile G1 – the granddaddy of them all.
