Cheb [ˈxɛp] (anhören , deutsch Eger) ist eine Stadt in der Region Karlsbad im äußersten Westen Tschechiens. Sie ist ein bedeutender Standort für Bildung und Industrie. Nach dem gleichnamigen Fluss Eger ist die Region Egerland benannt.
