Huangyaguan (Huangya Pass) Great Wall is located 130km to the east of Beijing and 30km in the north of Ji County (or Jixian County) in Tianjin. Huangyaguan Great Wall is a restored section of the Great Wall of China including a military fortress. It is a by-product of the massive rebuilding and revamping of the Great Wall of China in 1980s.

The Huangyaguan Great Wall is located in Tianjin, not too far over the Beijing-Tianjin border. It’s a repaired section that shows the Ming Dynasty style of Great Wall construction, with large towers connected by solid walls.

Huangyaguan or Huangya Pass (simplified Chinese: 黄崖关; traditional Chinese: 黃崖關; pinyin: Huángyáguān; lit. 'Yellow Cliff Pass') is a small section of the Great Wall of China located in the north of Jizhou District, Tianjin municipality, approximately 78 miles (126 km) north of urban Tianjin city. The site lies on a steep and abrupt mountain ridge.

Huangyaguan Great Wall is considered to be a miniature of the Great Wall of China. In this section, you can find the stone base built in the Northern Qi Dynasty (550 - 557) and the brick battlements laid in the Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644). Watchtowers there are either solid or hollow, and have different shapes, including round ones and square ones.

With various forms of water towers presented along the walls, and the largest tower of the Great Wall 'Phoenix Tower' and the most unique 'Baguaguan Labyrinth', Huangyaguan is considered to be a miniature of the Great Wall.
