Dr. Ben Brown, a Gulf Breeze plastic surgeon who owns Restore Plastic Surgery, is now under investigation by the Florida Department of Health. The investigation comes three months after Brown's wife, Hillary Brown, 33, died at his Gulf Breeze office. Ben was performing several procedures on his wife at the time.
