Dillon Reservoir, sometimes referred to as Lake Dillon, is a large fresh water reservoir located in Summit County, Colorado, United States, south of I-70 and bordered by the towns of Frisco, Silverthorne, and Dillon. It is a reservoir for the city of Denver, and its waters are under the control of Denver Water.

Most events at the Dillon Amphitheater are general admission and seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis, unless otherwise indicated on the ticketing page. Some events may offer small sections of reserved seating, early entry or VIP packages. The majority of events are general admission.

Take exit 205 from I-70. Head east on Highway 6 toward Dillon and Keystone. Take a right onto Lake Dillon Drive. The Dillon Amphitheater is located at the intersection of Lake Dillon Drive and Lodgepole Street.

“With a capacity of 3,656, any sold-out show at the Dillon Amphitheater has the potential to bring in a million dollars of economic impact to the area.” That's not unique with other venues and is, in fact, a smaller version of the growth that Red Rocks has seen in recent years.
