A line of strong to severe storms will move into W Minnesota early Tuesday afternoon. Storms reach the Twin Cities metro by mid-afternoon, and W Wisconsin by late afternoon. Large hail is the primary concern, but a tornado or two cannot be ruled out in E MN & W WI. #mnwx #wiwx
