Until now, visitors enjoy basking in and swimming near Jacksonville's 22 miles of sandy coastline. Locals and tourists alike also love taking a stroll in the city's extensive park system, which includes the 46,000-acre Timucuan Ecological & Historic Preserve. Jacksonville also has other things in store for both the young and not-so-young. Kiddies and teens may enjoy taking a tour of Jacksonville Zoo and the Museum of Science & History.
