There's a small area inside the vagina called the Grafenberg spot, or G-spot. It's located about an inch or so inside the vaginal opening on the upper vaginal wall — closest to the belly button. The G-spot can be sensitive to the touch. It can also get slightly bigger when you're turned on and can feel raised or bumpy.
