New this afternoon: Portions of central NC are now within a Marginal Risk for severe weather on Sunday June 9. Storms ahead of a cold front will be capable of producing damaging winds tomorrow afternoon/evening. #NCwx

Sunny skies will prevail today with comfortable humidity levels. Temperatures will top out in the mid 80s to near 90. Look for increasing high clouds tonight into Sunday morning. #NCwx
