This has definitely helped better organize our company. We used to work with strictly physical files. Now having access to everything in the field while being able to leave the file in the office makes life much easier and the potential for lost or "missing" files is greatly reduced. I really like how it integrates with company cam as well!

I like this app more than v2.0 , but it has some things to work out. I emailed support, but still waiting on a reply. When I click on live stream, it takes a while to load or sometimes doesn't load at all. I still have the original app and it pulls up the streams right away. So I don't believe it to be an issue with the DVR. In fact the issue also happened in 2.0 too. It's inconvenient and doesn't look good when I want to show how great this surveillance system is to others. Hoping for a fix.
