Sprawling Durlach is a collection of residential neighborhoods, including Geigersberg, where Karlsburg Castle dates back to the 16th century. Nearby, art and antiquities at the Pfinzgaumuseum document local history, and Schlossgarten Durlach is a landscaped park with children’s play areas, a rose garden, and an avenue of chestnut trees. The area is dotted with pizzerias, and casual German and Greek restaurants.
