Multiple rounds of locally heavy rainfall today through daybreak Friday may bring a renewed threat for flooding to portions of the area. 2 to 3 inches of rainfall, with locally higher amounts, are possible north of a line from Rusk, TX, to Monroe, LA.

Very warm and humid conditions are expected tonight, with isolated to widely scattered showers and thunderstorms possible mainly over portions of extreme Northeast TX, Southeast OK, and Southwest AR. Look for temperatures to only range from near 70 to the mid 70s.

Severe storms will be possible Wed. and into early Thurs., and again Thurs. afternoon and evening. On Wed., damaging winds and large hail (possibly 2" in diameter or larger) will be the primary threats, but a tornado will also be possible. All hazards are possible Thursday.
