    Open the SysStats zip file in Winzip, Click Extract, make sure All files radio button is selected, and make sure the Use folder names check box is checked. Extract to your ObjectDock folder not your Docklets folder, it will automatically put the files into the docklets folder. Then you should be able to add a SysStats docklet.
